The Harvester

This is a tool written in Python that allows us to gather email addresses, subdomains, hosts, employee names, and even open ports, all from public sources. There are many options available when using The Harvester. We will be exploring the most basic options with by specifying the domain with –d switch or limiting our number of retuned results with the –l switch.

However, what does this tool reveal about your company? What kind of information is your company broadcasting to the entire Internet?
